We ship all our items with Australia Post with all mobile phones and tablets shipped Express Post. Accessories are sent standard mail but can be upgraded to Express Post if urgently required (Express Delivery must be selected, extra fees apply). As we use Australia Post we can ship to PO Boxes if required.
*Overnight delivery is only available to customers in the Australia Post Express network guarantee and will be delivered on Monday to Friday excluding gazetted public holidays only. luvyourphone is not responsible for Australia Post service levels.

What happens if I do not receive my order in the estimated delivery time?
You should first check your tracking with the courier company.
Odds are the courier company has either had trouble finding your address, or have attempted delivery but have found the address unattended. Contact with the courier for tracking solves most delivery questions you may have.
If the courier company has any troubles, can't help, or if the delivery has been returned to us, please contact us via the Contact Member feature in eBay.
